What is The Romsey Youth (TRY)?
Essentially, www.theromseyyouth.co.uk is a handy online resource tool for young adults in the Romsey and surrounding areas.
We were approached by TRY back in March 2009 and asked to help support their website as they were competiting out of schools in Hampshire and made it to the final six where they had to hold a presentation in front of a panel of judges just like the Dragon's Den scenario. One part of the criteria was to involve local businesses and with the imminent launch of our Romsey store and presence across the South we were a sensible choice and were delighted to be able to support the TRY team.
CONGRATULATIONS!
On the 9th July 2009, the TRY team successfully won the finals of the community challenge and the prize fund of £1,000, which will be used to benefit the immediate community. We wish the TRY team all the success in the future and hope we can continue to offer our support.
