How to enter
BY POST: please send your name, telephone number, address, membership number and the relevant prize code on a stamped postcard to: Giveaways, The Co-operative Magazine, The Southern Co-operative, 1000 Lakeside, Western Road, Portsmouth, Hants, PO6 3FE
BY EMAIL: please send your name, telephone number, address and membership number, with the relevant prize code in the subject box to: magazine@southerncoops.co.uk (only one email per prize code).
Terms and conditions for prize draws
The Southern Co-operative doesn’t keep, store or use any data for marketing purposes.
- No purchase necessary.
- The closing date for all prize draws is 31 January unless otherwise specified.
- Only one entry per prize draw, per reader.
- Postal entries must be submitted on the back of a postcard only.
- All prizes are subject to availability and an alternative product or colour of equal or higher value may be substituted at the promoter’s discretion.
- Prize draws are only open to UK residents aged 16 or over. All prices are correct at time of going to print (November 2010).
- Prize draws are open to all members of The Southern Co-operative, excluding any employees (and their families) of The Southern Co-operative or River Publishing or who are connected with the administration of these promotions, their agents or related third parties.
- Winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering any of The Co-operative Magazine prize draws you agree to possibly having your name, details and photo published online or in a future issue of The Co-operative Magazine.
- A list of winners will be available by sending an SAE to The Co-operative Magazine Prize Draws, The Southern Co-operative, 1000 Lakeside, Western Road, Portsmouth, Hants, PO6 3FE.
