Opportunites exist for Deputy Managers at our stores in Freshwater, Tadley, Windsor and Southampton area.

To join us you will need to be passionate about retail and relish being the driving force behind ensuring your team deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times. You’ll lead by example and look for every opportunity to build on your store’s achievements.
For Store Manager and Retail Business Manager roles, you will already be an experienced food retail manager with a proven track record in managing your own store and possess excellent leadership and people management skills. Retail Business Managers will also need commercial acumen that will deliver results and maximise sales and profits.
For Deputy Manager roles, your previous supervisory experience in a retail environment will enable you to provide support to, and deputise for, your Store Manager – and if your aim is to run your own store, our emphasis on career development can help make that a reality.
