Opening of newly refurbished Co-operative Food store in Shrewton by pupils from Shrewton School

On Thursday 3rd May pupils from Shrewton Primary School joined the store Store Manager to help cut the ribbon and open our newly reformatted neighbourhood Co-operative store in High Street, Shrewton. The pupils were very excited to be the first customers to see the new design of the store.

A donation totalling £500 was made to the School.

Our first 100 customers also benefited from an ‘opening day offer’ of a free alternative box of fair-trade chocolates.

The store is open 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week and consists of approx 2300sq ft of retail space. It offers a comprehensive premium range of chilled goods, fresh produce and butchery products; as well as the Co-operative ‘Truly Irresistible’ and Fairtrade ranges that the Co-operative is renowned for. An in-store bakery has also been introduced, providing freshly baked bread and pastries on a daily basis.

With seasonal savings and totally tempting deals – here’s the perfect excuse to come and visit…
