Go wild! Discover nature in your community with The Southern Co-operative and your local Wildlife Trust

The greenness of our neighbourhoods matters. Having access to and spending time in green spaces improves our mental and physical health, reduces our stress levels, and brings our communities together.

Through our Love Your Neighbourhood programme, The Southern Co-operative is working with Wildlife Trusts in our region to help families to get outside and explore their local wild neighbourhoods.

Whether it’s investigating animal tracks and signs, hunting for bugs and butterflies, or creating a wildlife-friendly garden – there’s loads you can do right on your doorstep.

We’ll be working together to share ideas to inspire you to get out and discover your wild neighbourhood.

Look out for a Go Wild Guide appearing in your local Southern Co-operative branch soon! (you can find a shorter version of the document below)
