‘Create and Cook’ is a cookery competition open to secondary schools in Hampshire, and aims to educate young people about the importance of local food, sustainability and animal welfare as well as giving budding chefs an opportunity to show of their culinary skills! This year The Southern Co-operative were delighted to sponsor this exciting, innovative competition for the second year running, during which the entrants were challenged with seeking out ingredients direct from local producers, as well as sourcing items from our very own Local Flavours range, to create healthy, original recipes with a real flavour of Hampshire.
