ELS Colleague of the month – June

Michelle’s colleagues nominated her to be the first person to receive the ELS Colleague of the month award.

Here is what they had to say about Michelle….

I feel this lady goes above the call of duty on a regular basis, she is always polite, helpful with colleagues and brilliant with the clients.  She works hard and positively looks for work to do when there isn’t any obvious tasks to complete.
Not only does this colleague complete her working hours at the Funeral Directors, she is also presently covering the maternity leave for a colleague at a different branch.
On top of this she undertakes volunteering of her own each month and is willing to help whenever needed.  On the Bank Holiday 4th June she volunteered to help at a Jubilee event which she did not have to do, and was positive and worked hard on the day.  She has also offered to help with any future projects that Bracknell undertakes.
