Southern Co-op’s AGM and Annual Member Convention
The Members’ Convention that follows the AGM, offers the opportunity for Members to raise questions with our leadership team, learn about the activities in various parts of the business and meet our partners.
Members attend Southern Co-op’s Annual General Meeting to consider the annual report and accounts, vote on distributions on the share of the profits, as well as any other matters arising or presented for discussion. Members must have been in membership for at least six months to attend. (Please look out for notices in-store and on our website).

All members are entitled to vote in the elections for the Board of Directors, provided they have been in membership of Southern Co-op for at least six months. By doing so they help choose who will serve on the Board. Nominations are generally sought two months prior to the Annual General Meeting with elections taking place during the month prior to the AGM. Members should view notices in stores and on the website for precise details. If you are not yet registered to receive a ballot, please contact us by clicking here by 19th March for the 2018 election. For more information about our elections, click here.
